Letter of Admission into TFSEL

Dear Executive, 

The entire administration of The Facebook School of Effective Leadership (TFSEL) welcomes you on board the first School ever on Facebook. The school was instituted as a means to equip people with effective leadership skills in every area of influence in life. Our Key Value is bringing these skills to the busy but always online individual. We congratulate you for being a pioneer student of this wonderful institution. We are as excited as you are to have you on board this first stream; without you, we will not be here. Lectures commence on the 7th of March, 2011. 



The period between School opening and lecture commencement will be used to normalize the students’ database. During this period, you will get your registration number and verify that your details and information with us are correct. This period is also for interacting with facilitators and other students. Also use this period to get familiar with the use of all available online facilities. Any enquiries, issues and challenges as regards the mode of taking lectures, assessments and examination for individual students will be dealt with during this period. 



Mode of Operations 

In TFSEL, all students are referred to as executives.

TFSEL focuses on having 360 degree leadership skills, that is leadership in all spheres of life, no knowledge is lost, use the group and fan pages to share any interesting knowledge on leadership.
All notes are posted in the Docs Section of the group page, always check this section for new documents.

Ground Rules 

While using the chat or during interactions on the page, it is possible that conflicts occur, please resolve issues amicably and maturely as executives that you are and avoid the use of foul language. 
Respect the opinion of every executive, learning comes from both positive and negative interactions. 
Any misbehavior or misdemeanor displayed by any student could result in disciplinary actions being taken on the student. 
Lectures and assessments must be taken seriously as they all count towards your overall grade in the school.
