Overview of TFSEL
 
What is TFSEL? 
TFSEL is a leadership school that offers corresponding courses on leadership using the face-book platform.

Why TFSEL? 

There is a misconception that leadership only means being attached to a high rank or office. We have lots of leadership Schools /Academy/Trainings, but very few people attend, why? It’s either because they are very busy at work or the leadership school is in Lagos and they are far from the city so they couldn’t meet up or the fee to get leadership training is unaffordable.

There is no doubt that face-book is a fast growing/expanding social network forum that involves persons from various works of life and backgrounds. Hence TFSEL tends to proffer solutions to the issue of leadership by making it assess-able to all, as long as you are interested and you have a face book account.

How does TFSEL work? 
Participants are expected to join the Group THE FACE-BOOK SCHOOL OF EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP on face-book which automatically means admission into the school.

They will receive lectures from our lecturers (Leadership experts with tracks records) via messages from the TFSEL group page.

Our lecturer’s notes will be very easy to study as they’ll relate with you just as if you are with them in a lecture room.  In the case whereby any participants would like to ask question on a lecture note, just send your question in a message directly to your lecturer whose face-book name will always be written at the end of his lecture notes.

How do I get my certificate? 
After the completion of the course curriculum, Participants will receive their certificates in a message from the School Registrar. This will certify their participation at TFSEL.  When you receive your certificate, that means you’ve already graduated from the TFSEL, therefore you are expected to quit the group.

What are the benefits of TFSEL? 
We have qualified lecturers that will equip you with all you need to become an effective leader in Career, Ministry, Family, Academics and Politics. Very real as long as you take it real!
